OG Wipers ships vehicle-specific wiper blade orders within New Zealand.

Shipping cost

We currently offer free NZ-wide delivery on orders placed through https://ogwipers.co.nz.

Dispatch time

We aim to dispatch in-stock orders within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery estimates

Most New Zealand orders arrive within 1–5 business days after dispatch. Rural delivery, public holidays, courier network delays, severe weather, or high-volume periods may add extra time.

Tracking and delivery issues

Where tracking is available, we will provide tracking details by email. If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us at info@ogwipers.com and we will help investigate with the courier.

Incorrect delivery details

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has been dispatched.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, or tracking suggests it may be lost, contact us promptly with your order number and any relevant photos. We will work with you and the courier to resolve the issue.
