If your wipers arrive damaged, fail unexpectedly, or appear to have a product fault, contact us and we will work through it with you.

What to send us

  • Your order number.
  • Your vehicle make, model, year, and body style.
  • Photos or a short video showing the issue where possible.
  • A description of how and when the issue appeared.

What warranty does not usually cover

Wiper performance can be affected by installation, dirty glass, worn arms, cracked windscreens, chemicals, ice, or physical damage. We will still help diagnose the problem, but those factors may affect the available remedy.

Send us a short video and your vehicle details. Sometimes a quick clean or seating check fixes the issue.
