We want you to receive the right wipers for your vehicle. This policy explains change-of-mind returns, customer ordering mistakes, and what to do if something is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or does not fit because of an error in our fitment information or fulfilment.
Change-of-mind returns and customer ordering mistakes
You may request a change-of-mind return within 30 days of receiving your order. This also applies if you ordered the wrong item, selected the wrong vehicle details, or need a different fitment because of information you supplied or selected during ordering.
To be eligible, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging where possible. You will also need proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email.
To start a return or exchange, email info@ogwipers.com with your order number, vehicle details, and reason for return. Please do not send items back before we confirm the return instructions.

Return shipping costs
For change-of-mind returns, customer ordering mistakes, or cases where the wrong vehicle details were selected or supplied, you are responsible for return shipping costs unless we agree otherwise. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot refund items we do not receive.
If the item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or does not fit because of an error in our fitment information, recommendation, or fulfilment, we will work with you on an appropriate remedy and reasonable return shipping arrangements.
Faulty, damaged, incorrect, or OG Wipers fitment issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged, incorrect, missing, or does not fit the vehicle it was ordered for, email us as soon as possible at info@ogwipers.com.
Include your order number, vehicle details, and photos if helpful. We may ask for photos or additional fitment information so we can confirm the issue and provide the correct remedy.
If the issue was caused by an error in our fitment information, recommendation, or fulfilment, we will arrange an appropriate remedy such as a replacement, exchange, refund, or reasonable return shipping support.
Customer-selected fitment issues
If the wrong item was ordered because the wrong vehicle details were selected or supplied, we will still help identify the correct kit and arrange an exchange or replacement where possible. In these cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless we agree otherwise.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we will let you know whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to make the funds available.
Exchanges
If you ordered the wrong kit or need a different fitment, contact us at info@ogwipers.com. Where possible, we will help identify the correct wipers and arrange an exchange or replacement.
New Zealand consumer law
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act or Fair Trading Act. If goods fail to meet the guarantees that apply under New Zealand law, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund, or other remedy depending on the circumstances.
